Step-by-step guide
- Within the Transcript view, go to the Tools menu and then click on Send Notification.
- The Transcript Notification dialog box, customize the email message, then click Send, and all Users within the workspace will receive an email notification that a transcript has been added.
A confirmation message displays, indicating that the notification was sent.
- The email notification will contain the customized message, with a link to the transcript. For security purposes, users will be redirected to the login page. After logging in, the link will automatically redirect the User to the transcript.
