Step-by-step guide

  1. Within the Transcript view, go to the Tools menu and then click on Send Notification.
  2. The Transcript Notification dialog box, customize the email message, then click Send, and all Users within the workspace will receive an email notification that a transcript has been added. 
  3. A confirmation message displays, indicating that the notification was sent.

  4. The email notification will contain the customized message, with a link to the transcript. For security purposes, users will be redirected to the login page. After logging in, the link will automatically redirect the User to the transcript.
