When a user account is created in Opus 2, it is activated once the user receives the registration link sent to their email account and sets up their credentials for the workspace.
Over time, a user account can take on different statuses that affect their ability to access Opus 2. Below is the description of each user account status and what actions a Workspace Admin or System Admin user can take to restore Opus 2 access to a user.
USER STATUS | Description | Actions to be taken |
Never logged in | User has been sent a registration link but has not yet logged in or set their credentials in Opus 2. User will need to log into Opus 2 to become active; at times, their registration link may need to be resent if they did not register within 72 hours of receiving it. | Click on the checkbox next to the user's name, and select "Resend registration link" |
Never logged in the workspace | User has been sent a registration link for this current workspace, but has not yet logged in. They are added and have logged into other workspaces in Opus 2 within the same server. User will need to log into the workspace to become active.
