This is a guide to all icons viewed and used in an Opus 2 workspace.
STATUS ICON | LABEL | WHAT IT MEANS |
Documents Tab | This icon is available from the Home Page and will take the user to the Documents Tab. | |
Transcripts Tab | This icon is available from the Home Page and will take the user to the Transcripts Tab. | |
Chronology Tab | This icon is available from the Home Page and will take the user to the Chronology Tab. | |
Notes Tab | This icon is available from the Home Page and will take the user to the Notes Tab. | |
Characters Tab | This icon is available from the Home Page and will take the user to the Characters Tab. | |
Notes Icon | On the Documents Tab; indicates that the document or transcript contains a user-created note (may be a designation, link or a comment). | |
Links Icon | On the Documents Tab; indicates that there is a hyperlink to a supporting document. Clicking on this icon launches a new tab to the linked document. If there are multiple links, clicking on "Links" opens up the full list of linked documents. | |
Tags Icons | On the Documents Tab; indicates that a tag has been assigned to the document; these icons will appear in the Tags column in the Documents view page. Hovering the cursor over the icon in the Tags column will reveal the Tag name. |
Video Icon | On the Documents Tab; indicates that a transcript has synced video uploaded. | |
Duplicates Icon | On the Documents Tab; indicates that a document has duplicates within the workspace. Click on the icon to launch the Duplicates Manager. | |
Master Document Icon | The asterisk icons indicate that a document is similar or related to another document in the workspace. The green asterisk indicates that the document is the Master Document. Clicking the asterisk will pull up the Related Documents Manager. | |
Related/Duplicate Document Icon | The asterisk icons indicate that a document is similar or related to another document in the workspace. The red asterisk indicates that the document is the Duplicate Document. Clicking the asterisk will pull up the Related Documents Manager. |
