Opus 2 Document Types determine what types of fields can be assigned to a specific type of document. The settings for these can be found in the Admin tab > Metadata page.
Opus 2 default fields have been added to the following default Opus 2 Document Types. Add new fields to existing Types below OR create a new Document Type (detailed in the Create New Document Type article).
Defaulted Document Type | Description |
Document | Contains the default fields: Description, Custodian, To, From, CC, BegBates, EndBates, BegAttach, magnumid |
Exhibit | Contains the default fields: Exhibit, Deponent, magnumid |
Transcripts | Contains the default fields: Case, Deponent, magnumid |
